Training program process
WORK?
1. APPLYING
To get started, fill out an interest form online or visit us at 150 Lukken Industrial Dr E in LaGrange, Georgia on Tuesdays from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM, Wednesdays from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM, or Fridays from 9:00 AM to 11:30 AM to apply! Read more about applying.
2. INTERVIEW
If we have training opportunities for you, you could have an interview with our training team the same day! If your interview goes well, you will need $10 to complete an onsite drug screen. Read more about the process.
3. ORIENTATION/MEET YOUR TEAM
After your interview, if we’re a good fit for you, you’ll be scheduled for orientation! At orientation, you’ll meet the people on your team and learn more about training! Read more about orientation.
4. PAID TRAINING
After orientation, training normally starts the next business day! You decide what job you think you’d like to learn about and your New Ventures team will guide you to success. Read more about our paid training program.
5. GETTING THE JOB
As you near the end of your training, you and your vocational specialist will apply for jobs together to find you the perfect job after graduation! Learn more about how it works.
