Our training program primarily focuses on soft skills training and uses the following skills to track individual progress:

- Attitude
- Communication
- Problem Solving
- Teamwork
Job Readiness Classes:
Once you’ve reached 200 hours of paid training, you’ll meet with your case manager to begin preparing for job placement after graduation based on your progress.
After you graduate from our training program, you and your vocational specialist will have come up with several job opportunities for you to apply for! Depending on the job, you could have one lined up before graduation! You’ll learn about:
- How to build a resume
- How to look for a job
- Applying for a job
- Dressing for an interview
- Nailing an interview
- How to keep the job once you get it
